TIPS ON BREWING TEA

Always boil the kettle with fresh water and then let it stand for a minute - tea loves oxygenated water as it helps the flavor develop. For loose-leaf tea, place the infuser into the teapot, add the desired amount of tea, approximately 1 heaped teaspoon per cup or to taste, and pour the hot water into the teapot over the tea, cover with lid and steep for 1 to 5 minutes. For flower tea, remove the infuser from the teapot and add your tea ball, pour the hot water into the teapot over the tea ball, cover with lid and steep until the tea ball begins to unfurl and the tea flower opens, usually 5 to 10 minutes. You can also use tea bags with or without the infuser, place the tea bag/s into the teapot and pour the hot water into the teapot letting it steep for 1 to 5 minutes. Fill your favorite teacup and enjoy!

CARING FOR YOUR TEAPOT

Your teapot is so easy to clean - after each use gently rinse out the teapot, infuser and lid with warm water and dry each item ready for the next use. From time to time you can remove the silicone rim and non-drip spout - gently clean them with soapy water, then rinse and dry to keep your glass teapot looking like new.
